目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸赛庚啶片的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.01mol·L~(-1)庚烷磺酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调pH至3.0)(70:30),检测波长为240nm。流速:1ml·min~(-1)。结果:盐酸赛庚啶浓度在2.01~120.36μg·ml~(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=8),平均回收率为100.20%(RSD=0.17%,n=9)。结论:本方法快速、无干扰、精密度好、灵敏度高。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cyproheptadine hydrochloride tablets by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Kromasil C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.01 mol·L -1 heptanesulfonate solution (adjusted to pH 3.0 with glacial acetic acid) (70 : 30), the detection wavelength is 240nm. Flow rate: 1ml · min ~ (-1). Results: The concentration of cyproheptadine in the range of 2.01-120.36μg · ml -1 showed a good linear relationship with the peak area (r = 0.999 9, n = 8) and the average recovery was 100.20% (RSD = 0.17 %, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is fast, non-interference, good precision, high sensitivity.
