意念身体训练是将自己的注意力,高度集中,通过意念导引,调动本身的内气力量,作用于运动器官,使之意、气、力充分地发挥,来提高身体素质。训练时要做到:心静用意,始终保持心平气和,完全用“意念”来引导动作。要内外相合:外合是要求动作非常协调,左右上下前后配合得当,姿势自然、舒展。内合是要用心意来指导气与力的运用,意到何处,内气也随之运到:外形随之而动,力亦随之而至,达到内外合一,心身合一。在身体训练时,注意呼吸的深度,要求气从小腹(丹田)发出,掌握好发力的顺序。避免用气过猛,动作僵硬。开始训练时,动作可稍慢些,体会用意、运气、发力的过程,然后由慢到快,循序渐进,熟练地把意念应用到身体训练中去,使之提高运动
