以碘酸根的氧化性为基础,结合氧化还原滴定法的实验原理,引导学生设计测定食盐中碘元素含量的实验步骤,使学生通过自主实验得出数据并进行具体分析。在实验设计和探究过程中,学生能够认识学科知识发展逻辑,体验科学探究的过程及提升科学思维能力。
On the basis of the oxidation of iodate, combined with the experimental principle of redox titration, the students are guided to design the experimental procedure for the determination of iodine in salt so as to enable the students to obtain the data through independent experiments and make specific analysis. In the process of experimental design and exploration, students can recognize the logic of the development of subject knowledge, experience the process of scientific inquiry and enhance the ability of scientific thinking.
