一去年,全國中小学校,在各級党委和敎育行政机關的領導下,在廣大敎師和学校領導幹部的積極努力下,已普遍進行了勞動敎育,並取得了很大的成绩,主要是:輕視体力勞動和体力勞動者的錯誤思想已有所批判;未能升学的畢業生,大多都能比較安心地參加了工農業生產。但是,由於許多幹部和敎師对勞動敎育的目的、內容缺乏全面的、正確的理解,因此,許多学校把勞動敎育当成動員畢業班学生从事勞動生產的臨時突擊任務,对非畢業班学生則宣傳敎育不够。这樣,就使今年的应屆畢業生仍然有不同程度的思想波動。據了解,部分应屆畢業生仍然認爲「只有升学才有出路」,於是埋头学習,不願当
