The fracture behavior of 2091 Al-Li alloy superplastic deformation was studied. Scanning electron microscopy observations show that there is intragranular fracture in the superplastic deformation of 2091 Al-Li alloy. The optical metallographic observation shows that there are more active dynamic recrystallization and more large-diameter ratio grains in the fracture specimen. Transmission electron microscopy shows that the fracture test There are more internal dislocations within the sample. The results show that the intracrystalline fracture is caused by the fact that the recrystallization reduces the cross-section of the large-axial-to-diameter grain so that it undergoes great bending stress during the rotation of the superplastic-deformed grain.
