Objective To observe the differences in the effects of concentrating and dispersing microwave coagulation liver tissues at one time and explore the mechanism. Methods The dogs were divided into 2 groups. The A group received 5 hepatic lobes per canine. Each lobe had 100 W, 25 seconds, and 3 cm long electrodes as a microwave coagulation zone. In group B, 1 to 2 leaves of each dog were used as the coagulation zone in group A for 5 conditions. Observe the range of heat conduction and postoperative conditions. Results During the coagulation process, the temperature was still 43°C~43.5°C from the center 5 cm. The death rate in group A was significantly higher than that in group B (P<0.05), and the animal in group A was not awake for a long time and died from animal liver injury. Congestion, swelling of the liver and intestine and massive ascites. Conclusion Dispersion of multiple microwave coagulation liver tissues at one time can induce liver injury and accumulation.
