为研究低压区织构化轴向柱塞泵配流副的摩擦磨损性能,设计了配流副的摩擦磨损试验机,对织构化配流副进行了试验研究,并与无织构配流副的摩擦磨损情况进行对比.研究结果表明:低压区织构化的配流副能够有效减小摩擦系数,最大减摩率可达29.11%;低压区织构化的配流副比无织构的平均磨损体积要小,且整个摩擦面磨损较为均匀,降低了配流副的偏磨.初步磨损试验表明:平均磨损体积量对表面织构面积率和直径较为敏感,最小平均磨损体积量出现在微凹坑直径100~200μm范围内.
In order to study the friction and wear properties of the axial piston pump with low pressure zone, a friction and wear testing machine with a flow distribution pair was designed.
