对老年性前列腺肥大症所致排尿困难、尿潴留,自1984年7月～1985年12月急诊行双侧睾丸切除加膀胱造瘘术共6例。经随访观察疗效满意,现报告如下: 临床资料本组共作6例,年龄66～82岁,平均年龄为72.5岁。病程:1～5年不等。其中有4例多次发生急性尿潴留,1例慢性尿潴留伴充盈性尿失禁。前列腺大小.肛查中央沟都消失,均有Ⅲ°以上增大,表面光滑,无结节状增生。合并症:6例病人都合并有其他脏器疾患、高血压心脏病3例、慢支肺气肿、肺心病者2例,合并腺性膀胱炎、肾功能不全1例。

Complications: 6 patients were combined with other organ diseases, hypertensive heart disease in 3 cases, chronic bronchitis, pulmonary heart disease in 2 cases, with glandular cystitis, renal insufficiency in 1 case.
