企业并购成败与否的影响因素很多,群体心理的重构无疑是各种影响要素中最深层的要素。企业并购中的四种心理影响因素:对未来不确定的焦虑,员工无助感的产生,丧失感的被引发,对既得利益损失和不公平对待的担心是必须引起重视的心理现象。在企业形成过程中群体心理的形成必须经历创建,磨合,凝聚,整合四个阶段,而企业并购过程的群体心理直接进入冲突期,冲突期能否顺利度过对企业并购的成败至关重要。企业并购中群体心理的重构需要:利益关系的重构,新的规范的形成,心理情境的重构,价值观认知体系的重构,以及群体情绪情感模式的重建。只有五个方面并举,才能保证并购后全新的企业群体心理的形成,使企业顺利完成心理和灵魂的重塑。
