新疆交通已站在新世纪腾飞的灿烂起点,而文化品牌建设,事关交通运输行业发展总体战略,是一项重大而艰巨的任务“。铺路石”精神“、新藏公路”精神“、雪歌”精神“、胡曼”精神已逐步深入新疆人民的心中,而新疆交通运输行业并不缺乏全国家喻户晓如“任长霞”“、李林森”这样的优秀共产党员,如何进一步培育特色文化品牌,更好“外推内促”以品牌建设推动行业文化的发展和繁荣,为行业转型跨越发展做出更大贡献,是本论文初步研究和探索的问题。
Traffic in Xinjiang has stood a brilliant starting point for taking off in the new century. The construction of a cultural brand is an important and arduous task concerning the overall strategy for the development of the transportation and transportation industry. “Paving Stone Spirit Spirit, snow spirit, spiritual spirit and Human spirit have gradually entered the hearts of the people in Xinjiang. However, the transportation industry in Xinjiang does not lack such well-known figures as ”Ren Changxia“ and ”Li Linsen" all over the country. How to further cultivate the distinctive cultural brand and better promote the development and prosperity of the industry culture with the brand construction so as to make greater contribution to the industrial transformation and leapfrog development. This is the preliminary study and exploration of this dissertation problem.
