图书馆最基本的功能就是进行各种资料的保存和收集工作,但是随着当前各种新技术尤其是网络技术的发展,当前的图书馆已经很难满足当前的服务目标,因此,使图书馆朝着信息化、网络化的方向发展就成为了图书馆发展的一种必然的趋势。在当前的新技术时代,怎样才能够利用各种新技术和资源对图书馆的服务进行创新是一个需要深入研究的问题。本文首先对当前的新技术环境进行阐述,分析了新技术时代图书馆的信息资源特点,最后对新技术时代下的图书馆服务创新进行深入的分析探讨。
