对于教育工作者而言,教学改革是永恒的话题。自上个世纪80年代末期以来,史学研究与教学工作者们开始着手对历史学专业进行改革,并在实践中做了探索,把传授知识、提高能力、培养品德作为教学改革的出发点。而改革的目的是提高教学水平,促进教学质量,不同地区的生源质量不一,社会环境不同,教育资源有异,所以要想达到教学改革的真正目标,因地制宜,因材施教是关键。总体而言,少数民族地区高校的生源状况与学生学习的能力较弱。但像宁夏回族自治区这样的地区,少数民族学生较多,高校更应在学科设置与教学过程中因地制宜、因材施教。民族地区高校学生学习方面普遍存在两个问题:一是知识面较窄,二是实际能力较弱。
For educators, teaching reform is an eternal topic. Since the late 1980s, historians of research and teaching have begun to reform their major in history, and have done some exploration in practice. They regard imparting knowledge, improving abilities, and cultivating morality as the starting point for teaching reform. The purpose of reform is to improve the teaching level and promote the quality of teaching. The quality of students in different regions is different. The social environment is different and the educational resources are different. Therefore, to reach the real goal of teaching reform, it is the key to teach according to individual circumstances. In general, students in ethnic minority areas have weaker students ’learning ability and students’ living conditions. However, in areas like Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, ethnic minorities have more students. Colleges and universities should, in accordance with local conditions, teach in accordance with local conditions in the process of discipline setting and teaching. There are two common problems in the study of college students in minority areas: one is the narrow knowledge and the other is the weak practical ability.
