加里安诺利口酒原产于意大利米兰市,是用高级酒品为酒基,调入30多种草药精制而成,其配方至今秘不外传。该酒液呈金黄色,酒度35度,用特别细长的酒瓶包装。相传加里安诺是由意大利富那(Livorno)镇的一位从事酿酒的年轻人叫法卡利于1896年创制的。当时他从阿尔卑斯山采集各种草药,精心研制出这款利口酒,并以他所敬仰的意大利功勋军人加里安诺上校的名字命名。该酒可作为餐后酒或果汁、汽水混合调成鸡尾酒。以下仅介绍几款常见配方:
