随着我国经济的迅猛发展,城市化进程的不断加快,建设规模日益增大,如何在确保建筑工程质量的同时,又能使建筑物能长久、安全的使用下去,因此建筑工程质量通病日益受到各级政府和社会各界的广泛关注。在众多工程建设中,混凝土使用面比较广泛,同时混凝土的裂缝问题已经成为工程质量中较为常见的问题。混凝土是一种非均质脆性材料,由骨料、水泥石以及其中的气体和水组成。在温度和湿度变化的条件下,硬化并产生体积变形,由于各种材料变形不一致,互相约束而产生初始应力,造成在混凝土内出现微裂缝。
With the rapid development of our country’s economy, the process of urbanization is accelerating and the construction scale is increasing. How to ensure the quality of construction projects while at the same time enabling buildings to be used for a long time and safely continues to increase the quality of construction projects. All levels of government and all sectors of society have paid extensive attention. In many project constructions, the use of concrete is relatively extensive. At the same time, cracking of concrete has become a common problem in engineering quality. Concrete is a non-homogeneous brittle material consisting of aggregate, cement stone, and gas and water therein. Under conditions of varying temperature and humidity, hardening occurs and volume deformation occurs. Due to inconsistent deformation of various materials, initial stress is generated due to mutual restraint and micro cracks occur in the concrete.
