目的 设计人门静脉内日本血吸虫虫卵过滤器孔眼的大小。 方法 采用图像分析仪测量虫卵的周长、面积、长径、短径、等效直径、圆球度。依据长径、短径数据算出虫卵的体积和均值。 结果 长径最大值 84.5 5 μm,最小值39.19μm;短径最大值 5 7.2 2 μm,最小值 2 3.2 μm。体积最大值 1310 39μm3,最小值 144 2 3μm3。 结论 长径 99%范围内的最小值 45 .49μm,短径 99%范围内的最小值 2 7.43μm,体积 99%范围内的最小值 17817.5 9μm3。本研究结果为设计人门静脉内日本血吸虫虫卵过滤器孔眼的大小提供了科学依据
Objective To design the pore size of Schistosoma japonicum egg filter in human portal vein. Methods The image analyzer was used to measure the circumference, area, long diameter, short diameter, equivalent diameter and sphericity of eggs. According to the long diameter, short diameter data calculate the size and average value of eggs. Results The maximum diameter of the major axis was 84.5 5 μm and the minimum was 39.19 μm. The maximum of the minor axis was 5.222 μm and the minimum was 3.2 3.2 μm. The maximum volume of 1310 39μm3, the minimum 144 2 3μm3. Conclusion The minimum of 45.49μm in the long axis of 99%, the minimum of 2.743μm in the short axis of 99% and the minimum of 17817.5μm3 in the range of 99% of the volume. The results of this study provide a scientific basis for designing the size of the Schistosoma japonicum egg filter pore in the portal vein
