针对传统热量表测量时,由于流体在管道内的流速随截面分布的不同,流速大小亦不同,造成管壁上很容易结垢,信号逐渐衰减,高精度测量困难,使用寿命较短等缺点。本文将开发低功耗、高精度的热量表融入其中,并将束流管件嵌入热量表内,设计出一种超声波热量表束流管件。该管件能够提高流场均匀分布、保证计量精度,降低机械加工难度,有效信号不易衰减,提高产品的使用寿命。
