近几年来,为缓解山东省工农业水资源紧缺的状况,沿黄地区大都利用荒碱涝洼地带修建了平原水库,用来丰蓄枯补。这些平原水库的工程地址一般都是黄河冲积淤积平原,主要地层岩性为透水性较强的粉砂壤土和砂壤土,较普遍地存在着渗漏问题。为此,一般采用上游坝面铺设复合土工膜和坝基垂直铺设塑料薄膜的措施进行防渗漏处理。特别是坝基采用垂直铺塑不仅防渗效果好,而且施工快,操作简便,造价低,加上塑膜
