南越王墓的主棺室埋葬着墓主赵眜,小小的主棺室中随葬了194件器物,如珍贵的玉衣及47件玉璧等等。出土于墓主头部的承盘高足玉杯因其与汉武帝的承露盘有关而受到关注;出土于墓主脚下的银盒则因其明显的波斯风格而成为舶来品代表。但这两件看似无关的器物其实大有关联,赵眜用其随葬也大有深意。承露盘由玉杯与铜盘组合而成,三个花蕾托住玉杯,三条金首银身龙衔住花
