本文应用几率方法推导而得的加聚反应统计理论对没有终止反应的聚合过程,即活性高聚物体系的反应动力学与分子量分布进行处理,得到了不同引发速度的分子量分布公式。 以苯乙烯-丁基锂-苯的反应体系作为对象,研究其动力学行为,订定了在一定温度、浓度范围内的引发反应和增长反应的反应级数,测定了有关的动力学常数。 根据反应动力学特征,应用理论分析所得的分子量分布公式计算了分子量分布的理论曲线,理论曲线与实测的分子量分布曲线基本重合。
In this paper, the statistical theory of polyaddition reaction derived from probability method is used to deal with the reaction process and the molecular weight distribution of reaction system without reaction termination, and the molecular weight distribution equation of different initiating speed is obtained. The reaction system of styrene-butyllithium-benzene was studied, and its kinetic behavior was studied. The reaction order of initiation reaction and growth reaction at a certain temperature and concentration range were determined, and the relevant kinetic constants were determined. According to the kinetic characteristics of the reaction, the theoretical curve of the molecular weight distribution was calculated by using the molecular weight distribution formula obtained from theoretical analysis. The theoretical curve and the measured molecular weight distribution curve basically coincided.
