采用带切口的试件进行半圆弯曲试验(SCB),可以更好地评价存在反射裂缝的沥青混凝土路面的抗裂性能。为了明确试件厚度、切口宽度、切口深度、支座间距等试验参数对带切口SCB试件力学响应的影响,采用ANSYS建立三维有限元模型对SCB试验进行数值模拟。计算结果表明:试件厚度选择50mm,切口宽度选择1.5mm较为合适;切口深度需要选择15mm、20mm、25mm等3个切口深度值再进行试验验证;支座间距为试件直径的0.8倍时,切口底部拉应力最敏感。
The semicircular bending test (SCB) of notched specimens is used to better evaluate the crack resistance of asphalt concrete pavement with reflective cracks. In order to clarify the effect of test parameters such as specimen thickness, incision width, incision depth and bearing spacing on the mechanical response of notched SCB specimens, a three-dimensional finite element model was established by ANSYS to simulate the SCB test. The results show that it is more suitable to select the thickness of the test piece to 50mm and the width of the cut to be 1.5mm. The depth of the incision should be selected to test the depth of the three incisions (15mm, 20mm, 25mm). When the bearing spacing is 0.8 times the diameter of the specimen, Tensile stress at the bottom of the incision is the most sensitive.
