氧化球球径对焙烧过程中的热能消耗及产品的抗压强度都有重要影响。本文利用数学方法虚拟氧化球冷却过程,对氧化球冷却过程中球径与冷却时间的关系进行了初步研究,并通过工业试验摸索了氧化球球径与工序能耗的关系。结果认为,加强对氧化球球径的控制是进一步降低工序能耗的方向。
Oxidation ball diameter of the roasting process in the heat consumption and product compressive strength have a significant impact. In this paper, mathematical methods were used to simulate the cooling process of the oxide ball. The relationship between the ball diameter and the cooling time during the cooling process of the oxide ball was preliminarily studied. The relationship between the ball diameter of the oxide ball and the energy consumption of the process was explored through industrial experiments. The result shows that strengthening the control of ball diameter is the direction to further reduce the energy consumption of the process.
