本文对隧道掘进机的不同类型进行了模拟建模程序编写,建立了隧道掘进机对开挖面岩体的作用力的分析方法,以及探讨了在原有块体理论程序应用平台BLKLAB中实现隧道掘进机存在情况下进行开挖面块体稳定性可视化分析的可行性。本研究为隧道掘进机对开挖面岩体作用力与扭矩简化分析及编程应用提供了新的思路,并为隧道掘进机可视化实现提供了编程可行性的例证。最后,对在开挖面块体稳定性可视化分析的时如何考虑隧道掘进机进行了讨论,为原有程序平台的拓展奠定了基础。
In this paper, different types of tunnel boring machine simulation modeling program was written to establish a tunnel boring machine excavation face rock mass force analysis method, and discusses the original block theory program application platform BLKLAB tunneling Feasibility of visual analysis of block face stability in excavation plane in the presence of. This study provides a new idea for simplifying the analysis and programming application of the tunneling machine to the excavation face rock mass and torque, and provides an example of programming feasibility for the tunnel boring machine visualization. Finally, how to consider the tunnel boring machine in the visual analysis of the block surface stability of excavation face has laid a foundation for the expansion of the original program platform.
