电子电位差计(以下简称仪表),利用其附加电接触装置,对电加热炉的温度进行位式调节时,动作简单、可靠,故应用很广。但当电炉热惯性较大时,将使实际炉温远离给定控制值,通常会影响工件质量甚至造成废品。现根据对此问题的实践,谈以下几点看法。 (一)热惯性对炉温的影响仪表使用位式调节时,其调节动作为对加热电源进行“开”、“关”,即使通电、断电两种状态相互交替,因此炉温始终处在变化状态,并呈周期性波动。其调节效果与调节仪表存在的不灵敏区及炉子热惯性等因素有关,一般反映在实际炉温
