研究了以高活性W、Ni、Cu复合粉末为原料,钨含量为93%(Wt)的高比重合金的低温烧结工艺特性、形变与断裂特性、强度与抗腐蚀性能。合金在1240℃的温度下进行低温烧结后,抗拉强度可高达950MPa,钨晶粒平均粒径小于5μm,具有明显的晶粒尺寸效应,有利于提高合金的强度、密度及其均匀性;合金还具有较好的抗腐蚀性能。
The low temperature sintering process, deformation and fracture properties, strength and corrosion resistance of high specific gravity W, 93% (Wt) high alloyed W, Ni and Cu composite powders were studied. After being sintered at 1240 ℃ for low temperature, the tensile strength of the alloy can reach as high as 950MPa, and the average grain size of tungsten grains is less than 5μm. The alloy has obvious grain size effect and is favorable for improving the strength, density and uniformity of the alloy. Also has good corrosion resistance.
