在能谱测量中,解决仪器的稳定性问题是十分重要的。近几年来,使用GP-1能谱仪分析岩石中的U,Ra和Th含量做了不少工作。但对高含量和较低含量的样品,特别是钍铀比值大,重元素含量高的样品,难以得到满意的结果。针对这些问题,我们自装了一套大探头,采用~(241)Am(α,γ)符合法自稳装置,应用β+γ—γ—γ分析方法,取得了较满意的结果。现将有关具体问题分述如下:
In the energy spectrum measurement, to solve the problem of stability of the instrument is very important. In recent years, a lot of work has been done on the analysis of U, Ra and Th contents in rock using GP-1 spectrometer. However, it is difficult to obtain satisfactory results for samples with high content and low content, especially samples with large thorium-uranium ratio and heavy element content. In order to solve these problems, we set up a large set of probes and adopted the ~ (241) Am (α, γ) compliant self-stabilizing device. The results of β + γ-γ-γ analysis were satisfactory.
