长期以来,中小河流的洪水预报工作一直是我国防洪工作的重点和难点,因为在中小河流防洪工程建设过程当中存在着一定的问题,一些工程甚至没有设防,这样就会导致洪涝灾害期间发生各种灾害事件,在这种情况之下,必须要做好中小河流的洪水预报工作。本文就以此为中心,对洪水预报工作当中存在的难点及解决的对策进行分析论述。 For a long time, the flood forecast work of middle and small rivers has always been the focus and difficulty of flood control in our country, because there are some problems in the middle and small river flood control project construction, and some of the projects are not even fortified.
