大学生“兼职热”的现象在各地区的高校已经屡见不鲜。大学生在校期间通过利用课余时间兼职,不仅获得了更多的生活费用,更为其提供了提前适应社会、提高自身就业技能的机会。但是由于法律制度的落后、劳动中介秩序的混乱,处于弱势地位的兼职大学生在兼职过程中权益受损害的现象频频出现,严重影响了大学生的身心健康和社会发展。因此,国家、学校以及大学生个人都应当重视起兼职大学生的权益保障,行动起来,保护自身合法权益。
University students “part-time hot ” phenomenon has been common in colleges and universities in various regions. By using part-time part-time during school, college students not only get more living expenses, but also provide them with opportunities to adapt themselves to society and improve their employment skills in advance. However, due to the backward legal system and the chaos of labor agency order, part-time college students in disadvantaged positions frequently appear damage to their rights and interests during their part-time job, seriously affecting their physical and mental health and social development. Therefore, the state, schools and individual college students should attach importance to the part-time security of rights and interests of college students, take actions to protect their own legitimate rights and interests.
