伴随着社会转型速度的加快,未成年人犯罪现象已呈现出高发态势,且所涉案件大多是性质较为恶劣,影响较为广泛的暴力性犯罪案件,此类案件的发生,严重地影响到了未成年人的健康发展,破坏了社会的和谐稳定。因此,如何预防未成年人犯罪已成为我们必须予以解决的问题。本文从当前未成年人犯罪的特点出发,探讨了如何更好地预防未成年人犯罪案件的发生。
