钢铁市场进入微利时代,提高企业竞争优势的出路在于科技创新、优化工艺,实现低成本生产品种钢战略。针对上述问题,邯钢结合炼钢和轧钢技术装备能力,采用了低碳、高铌以及较低的Cu、Ni、Mo成分设计,采用优化的HTP(OHTP)工艺生产出大厚壁、低成本的X80高级别管线钢。检测结果表明,采用OHTP工艺生产的X80管线钢显微组织、力学性能、-15℃落锤性能均符合国家标准和用户的要求。同时,采用OHTP轧制工艺生产的X80管线钢具有优良的低温韧性,完全满足西气东输二线项目对大壁厚X80管线钢热轧钢板的技术要求。
Iron and steel market into the era of low profits, enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises outlet lies in science and technology innovation, optimization of technology, production of steel products to achieve low-cost strategy. In response to the above problems, Handan Iron and Steel combined steelmaking and rolling technology and equipment capabilities, the use of low-carbon, high niobium and low Cu, Ni, Mo composition design, the use of optimized HTP (OHTP) process to produce large thick, low cost X80 high-level pipeline steel. The test results show that the microstructure of X80 pipeline steel produced by OHTP process has mechanical properties and drop-weight performance of -15 ℃, which meet the national standards and user requirements. Meanwhile, X80 pipeline steel produced by OHTP rolling process has excellent low-temperature toughness and fully meets the technical requirements for hot-rolled steel plate with large wall thickness of X80 pipeline steel in the second West-East Gas Pipeline project.
