提出了用电解—不织布复合加工方法对1Cr18Ni9Ti进行镜面抛光机理,用正交设计方法中的极差分析法,对降低工件表面粗糙度的工艺参数进行了优化,并研制出便携式复合加工抛光机。
The mechanism of mirror polishing of 1Cr18Ni9Ti by electro-non-woven composite machining was proposed. The process parameters of reducing the surface roughness of the workpiece were optimized by using the range analysis method in orthogonal design method. A portable compound processing and polishing machine was developed.
