A/D转换器的种类繁多,美国INTEPSIL公司生产的12位A/D转换器ICL7109已被国外一些厂商用于各自的数据采集系统及智能仪器仪表中,国内也有些单位在开发新产品、设计数据采集系统及智能仪表时开始选用。ICL7109是低速高精度数据采集系统中较为理想的A/D转换器。 ICL7109芯片具有很强的接口逻辑,可按直接方式和挂钩方式与各种微处理器芯片接口,组成简单的数据采集系统。直接输出方式的时序图如图1所示。
