目的:利用弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)探讨男性酒依赖患者脑白质纤维结构完整性。方法:对33例男性酒依赖患者(酒依赖组)及30名健康成年男性(对照组)进行DTI扫描,影像数据使用Matlab平台的FSL(Funtional MRI Software Library)软件进行分析,基于TBSS(stract based spatial statistics)方法分析2组间脑白质纤维各向异性分数(fractional anisotropy,FA)和平均扩散系数(mean diffusivity,MD),采用n t检验比较2组FA值及MD值。n 结果:酒依赖组与对照组比较,胼胝体膝部FA值降低(0.55±0.03与0.58±0.02;n t=-3.26,n P<0.05),左侧海马区FA值降低(0.42±0.06与0.46±0.06;n t=-2.69,n P<0.05)、MD值升高(122±9与115±12;n t=2.58,n P<0.05),左侧额叶区MD值升高(121±7与116±11;n t=2.50,n P<0.05),左侧额桥束MD值升高(122±8与115±10;n t=2.79,n P<0.05)。n 结论:酒依赖患者存在胼胝体、海马、额叶等脑区脑白质纤维结构完整性改变,这种改变可能与脑白质损伤有关。“,”Objective:Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) was used to explore the structural integrity of white matter fibers in male alcohol-dependent patients.Methods:DTI scans were performed on 33 male alcohol dependent patients (alcohol dependence group) and 30 healthy adult males (control group). The image data was analyzed by using FSL (Funtional MRI Software Library) software on the Matlab platform, and the two groups were compared based on the TBSS (tract based spatial statistics) method. White matter fiber anisotropy fractional anisotropy (FA) and mean diffusivity (MD) between the two groups were investigated by n t test.n Results:Compared with the control group, the FA value of the corpus callosum knees decreased (0.55±0.03 n vs. 0.58±0.02;n t=-3.26, n P<0.05), the FA value of the left hippocampus decreased (0.42±0.06n vs. 0.46±0.06;n t=-2.69, n P<0.05), and the MD value of the left hippocampus increased (122±9n vs. 115±12;n t=2.58, n P<0.05), the MD value of the left frontal lobe area increased (121±7n vs. 116±11;n t=2.50, n P<0.05), the MD value of the left frontal bridge bundle increased (122±8n vs. 115±10;n t=2.79, n P<0.05).n Conclusion:Alcohol-dependent patients have abnormal DTI signals representing a damaged structural integrity of white matter fibers in the corpus callosum, hippocampus, and frontal lobe.
