氚标记B_9系采用人工合成方法进行制备。以反丁烯二酸为前体,催化加氚生成2,3—~3H—丁二酸(放化比度21.9 Ci/mM),再脱水生成2,3—~3H—丁二酸酐,然后加偏二甲基肼反应成2,3—~3H—B_9(即氚标记B_9)。氚标记B_9的纯度用熔点及纸层析法预鉴定,得放化比度为86.1mCi/mM,放化纯度为98.6%;测其熔点为152—154℃,纸层析R_f0.51,与标准B_9熔点154—156℃,纸层析R_f0.51基本上一致。
Tritium marker B_9 was prepared by synthetic method.
