In order to implement the spirit of the State Council on “changing functions and reducing examination and approval”, effectively changing government functions, improving working methods, and improving work efficiency, the Ministry of Finance decided to repeal and stop the implementation and to amend some administrative examination and approval matters concerning the assets and finance of enterprises.
