研究发现,老年性痴呆(Alzheimer disease,AD)病人脑中血红素加氧酶-1(heme oxygenase-1,HO-1)酶活性下降,淀粉样前体蛋白(APP)通过和HO-1结合,抑制HO-1活性,可加速神经元损害[1].但是HO-1在临床老年痴呆病人外周血中变化研究很少,而在临床中视为正常老化和AD过渡状态的轻度认知障碍(mild cognitiveimpairment,MCI)中的研究更少[2,3],因此我们研究了AD和MCI病人血浆HO-1蛋白水平以及其与血胆红素、MMSE等指标的相关性,并分析HO-1区别AD和其他患者的敏感性和特异性,现报道如下.rn
