强力旋压工艺参数的选取对筒形件的成型精度和质量有着很大的影响。选择进给率、主轴转速、旋轮成形角为试验因素,以旋轮所受的最大三向力和壁厚均值为评价指标,设计正交试验并对试验数据进行分析。采用田口方法对筒形件强力旋压工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,影响轴向力和切向力的主次顺序都为:主轴转速>旋轮成形角>进给率;影响径向力的主次顺序为:主轴转速>进给率>旋轮成形角;影响壁厚精度的主次顺序为:进给率>主轴转速>旋轮成形角。得到的优化参数组合是进给率为0.3 mm/res,主轴转速为300 rpm,旋轮成形角为20°。
The selection of powerful spinning process parameters has a great influence on the forming accuracy and quality of the cylindrical parts. Select the feed rate, spindle speed, roller forming angle as the test factor, the maximum three-way force and the average wall thickness of the roller as the evaluation index, design orthogonal test and analyze the test data. Taguchi method was used to optimize the spinning process parameters of the cylinder. The results show that the order of the primary and secondary forces affecting the axial force and the tangential force are: spindle speed> forming angle of the rotating wheel> feed rate; order of primary and secondary factors affecting the radial force is: spindle speed> feed rate> The main order of affecting the accuracy of wall thickness is: Feedrate> Spindle speed> Rotary angle. The optimal combination of parameters was obtained at a feed rate of 0.3 mm / res, a spindle speed of 300 rpm and a rotor angle of 20 °.
