原油乳状液广泛存在于油田集输系统中,本文主要通过室内实验研究了配制条件下对W/O型含蜡原油乳状液平衡表观粘度的影响规律。研究表明:本文实验条件下,搅拌时间大于10 min后,其对W/O型含蜡原油乳状液流变特性影响不大;在较低含水率时,随着搅拌速率的增大,W/O型含蜡原油乳状液体系的稠度系数缓慢增加,流变行为指数缓慢减小,非牛顿性缓慢增强;较高含水率时,W/O型含蜡原油乳状液的非牛顿性增强幅度较大。
Crude oil emulsion widely exists in oil field gathering and transportation system. In this paper, the influence of formula on the apparent viscosity of W / O waxy crude oil emulsion was studied through laboratory experiments.
