目的探讨“人本位整体护理”模式运用到儿科临床护理中,提升儿科护理质量。方法选取2014年6月~2015年6月来我院儿科住院200例患儿,随机抽取分为对照组和观察组,各100例,对照组按常规护理服务实施,观察组给予人“本位整体护理”服务实施,比较两组患儿家属满意度。结果观察组服务态度为97%、健康教育为93%、穿刺技术为91%、解答问题为95%、服药指导为93%、巡视输液为95%、告知注意事项为89%、基础护理为96%、呼叫铃应答时间为95%、护士责任心为96%,均明显高于对照组的(86%,81%,78%,84%,86%,81%,77%,89%,88%,84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “人本位整体护理”不仅可以为患儿提供更加优质的护理服务,还可规范护士行为,调动护士的工作积极性,提高护士的综合素质,提升患者家属的满意度,减少护理纠纷,对构建和谐的护患关系有着重要的作用。
Objective To explore the application of “human-centered holistic nursing” model to pediatric clinical nursing to improve the quality of pediatric nursing. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, 200 children hospitalized in pediatric department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing service and the observation group was given “ Overall care ”service implementation, compared the satisfaction of two families with children. Results The observation group had a service attitude of 97%, health education of 93%, puncture technique of 91%, solution of 95%, medication instruction of 93%, touring infusion of 95%, notice of caution 89% and basic nursing 96 %, The response time of call bell was 95%, and the responsibility of nurses was 96%, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (86%, 81%, 78%, 84%, 86%, 81%, 77%, 89%, 88 %, 84%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion “people-based holistic nursing care ” can not only provide children with better quality care services, but also standardize nurses’ behavior, arouse the work enthusiasm of nurses, improve the overall quality of nurses, enhance the satisfaction of family members, reduce nursing disputes, It plays an important role in building a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
