“师幼互动”是教师与幼儿间的相互作用、相互影响和相互促进,是互为主体、教育伙伴式的互动。单独的学习并构不成教育,一厢情愿的灌输也不构成教育,教育首先是一种关系,一种相互交流的可能性空间,而幼儿教育本身就表现为教师和幼儿之间的互动。因此,我们要在幼儿和教师之间建构一种积极有效的互动,让幼儿和教师在互动中相互沟通、相互促进,并共同得到健康成长。
“Teacher-pupil interaction” is the interaction, mutual influence and mutual promotion between teachers and young children, and is an interaction between each other and education partners. Individual learning does not constitute education, and wishless instillation does not constitute education. Education is, above all, a relationship and a space of possibilities for mutual exchange. Early childhood education itself manifests itself as an interaction between teachers and young children. Therefore, we must establish a positive and effective interaction between young children and teachers so that young children and teachers can interact with each other and promote each other and grow healthily together.
