目的:研究旋毛虫移行幼虫(migratorylarva,ML)的收集方法。方法:本实验在贝氏法原理的基础上,观测了采用不同规格的分样筛、棉布袋、收集时间、以及不同组织器官对收集效果的影响。结果:在3种分样筛和一种棉布袋中,用280目分样筛收集25h能够得到纯度和数量均达到抗原分析要求的ML;在大鼠的血液、肝、肺和肾中,由血液中收集到的ML数量最多,肝脏次之,肾脏最少,差异均具显著性(P<005)。结论:在ML的收集中,选择大鼠的血液和肝作原料,采用280目的分样筛和25h的收集时间是较理想的实验方法。
Objective: To study the collection method of migratory larvae (ML) in Trichinella spiralis. Methods: On the basis of the Bayesian principle, the effects of different size sieve, cotton bag, collection time and collection of different tissues and organs were observed. Results: In the three kinds of sample sieves and a cotton bag, with 280 mesh sieve collected 2 5h can be obtained in purity and quantity of antigen analysis required ML; in the rat’s blood, liver, lung and kidney , The largest number of ML collected from the blood, liver followed, the least kidney, the difference was significant (P <0 05). Conclusion: It is an ideal experimental method to select the blood and liver of rat as the raw material in the collection of ML, using 280 mesh sieve and 2 5h collection time.
