互联网时代给当今社会提供了无尽的机遇和便利,新的思想充斥着大学生的生活,给大学生带来了新的认知途径,但同时不可避免的现象是出现了很多负面影响。本文从当代大学生常见的几种网络心理障碍表现进行分析,并提出相对应的教育对策使大学生能够及时进行心态调整,从而恢复自我心理健康。
The Internet era offers endless opportunities and facilities for today’s society. The new thinking is full of college students’ life and brings new ways of cognition to college students. At the same time, the unavoidable phenomenon has many negative effects. This article analyzes several kinds of network psychological disorders common to contemporary college students and puts forward corresponding educational strategies so that college students can make timely mental attitude adjustment so as to restore their mental health.
