分析参加工作对血液透析病人体力活动、依从性、心理社会等方面可能产生的影响，指出工作作为一种社会活动，会促使透析病人增加体力活动、提高依从性、解决抑郁等心理问题，从而提高病人的生活质量，改善其健康结局。“,”It analyzed the influence of participating in the work on physical activity level,compliance and psychosocial of maintenance hemodialysis pa-tients,it pointed out that working as a social activity will promote dialysis patients increasing physical activity,improve compliance and resolve de-pression and other psychological problems,thereby improving the quality of life of patients and improve their health outcomes.
