社会经济的迅猛发展对人才的需求越来越大,但是人才尤其是高科技人才的数量是相对有限的,如何更好地吸引人才、留住人才、更加高效地发挥人才的价值是各行业人力资源管理所面临的一个突出问题。企业人力资源管理必须做到灵活和科学合理,并贯穿人力资源管理的全过程,从而提高人力资源管理质量,为企业获取最大化利润奠定基础。本文分析了当前人力资源管理过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
The rapid development of social economy demands more and more talents. However, the number of talents, especially high-tech talents, is relatively limited.
