败血症是临床上常见而危重的疾病,其确切诊断仍以检验室血液培养、分离鉴定病原体为基础。血液培养阳性率常受多种因素的影响:如血培养前投用了抗生素药物,患者血液存有抗体、补体、吞噬细胞、溶菌酶等不利于微生物分离培养的因素,培养基的组成,培养次数、采血数量及培养时间的长短均可影响血液培养的结果。本文报道386例血液培养的结果分析,其中在7天内分离出病原菌共81例,其余305例经延长培养和观察时间,分别在14天内又检获病菌21例。表明在常规血液培养中适当延长培养和观察时间,可提高细菌分离的阳性率。

This article reports 386 blood culture results analysis, of which 81 pathogens isolated within 7 days, the remaining 305 cases were extended culture and observation time, respectively, in 14 days and seized 21 cases of bacteria.
