提出了一种井下重要安全参数的监测方案,介绍了基于CP340和智能传感模块的分布式数据采集系统的构成。详细介绍了智能传感模块的硬件设计和CP340的硬件接口连接方式。制定了两者的通信协议,给出了PLC主机程序框架以及智能传感模块的软件设计流程。实践表明,该系统可以实时可靠地监测井下重要安全参数。
A monitoring scheme of important underground safety parameters is proposed. The composition of distributed data acquisition system based on CP340 and intelligent sensor module is introduced. Described in detail the intelligent sensor module hardware design and CP340 hardware interface connection. The communication protocols of the two are established, and the software design flow of PLC host program framework and intelligent sensor module are given. Practice shows that the system can be real-time and reliable monitoring of underground safety important parameters.
