在教学实践中,有不少教师虽对学生有爱心,却未被学生所感受、领情,结果师生人间情感关系还是没有融洽。其原因可能是多方面的,但教师没有抓住师生情感交融的关键则是根本的一条。根据情感心理学的原理,其关键是教师要将自己的爱生之情化为满足学生合理需要的行为,只有将爱生之情在教学过程中巧妙地施于学生身上,才能产生极大的爱的渗透力、持续力、爆发力和震撼力。
In teaching practice, although many teachers have love for students, they are not felt by students, and they are not harmonious with each other as a result.
