中缅油气管道澜沧江桥隧工程由“一桥两隧”组成,穿跨越位置地形起伏剧烈,气象、地质条件极为复杂,下游新建水电站蓄水形成库岸再造,使得管道穿跨越工程设计难度极大。经过多方案勘察、比选,确定了“地质选线、以桥定隧,桥隧结合”的设计理念,并充分利用现场各种可以利用的条件,使管道顺利通过澜沧江。梳理了该工程设计的7大难点,描述了穿越断面选择及穿跨越工程设计的过程和思路,可以为大口径管道通过类似地区及特殊难度穿跨越工程设计提供借鉴。
The Sino-Burmese oil and gas pipeline Lancang River Bridge and Tunnel project consists of “one bridge and two tunnels”, and the terrain wobble across the crossing is drastic. The meteorological and geological conditions are extremely complicated. The reconstruction of the reservoir bank at the downstream of the new hydropower station forms a reservoir bank reconstruction difficulty, great. Through the multi-program investigation and comparison, the design concept of “geological alignment, bridge and tunnel and bridge and tunnel combination” has been established, and the pipeline can be smoothly passed through the Lancang River by fully utilizing the available conditions at the scene. This paper reviews the seven major difficulties of the project design, describes the process and ideas of cross-section selection and cross-over engineering design, and provides a reference for large-diameter pipelines to pass through similar areas and special cross-engineering design.
