2007—2011年汕头空港口岸卫生监督抽检结果分析

目的通过对2007—2011年汕头空港口岸卫生监督抽检结果进行分析,探讨如何更有效开展口岸卫生监督工作。方法对2007—2011年汕头空港口岸相关企业经营或供应的食品、饮用水、餐具抽检结果进行描述、统计、分析。结果2007—2011年汕头空港卫生监督共抽检食品292份,合格283份,合格率96.9%;餐具549份,合格520份,合格率94.7%;饮用水67份,合格55份,合格率82.1%;饮用水合格率低于食品及餐具合格率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论汕头空港食品、餐具卫生状况良好,饮用水卫生状况差于食品及餐具,对存在的主要问题提出了解决的对策,包括在航空食品卫生监督中引入HACCP管理体系,确保从业人员掌握正确操作消毒碗柜的方法并严格执行,加强对直饮水及机上供水的卫生监督等。 Objective To analyze the sampling results of health supervision in Shantou Airport Port from 2007 to 2011 and discuss how to carry out the supervision of port health more effectively. Methods Describe, analyze and analyze the sampling results of food, drinking water and tableware operated or supplied by related enterprises in Shantou Airport Port from 2007 to 2011. Results From 2007 to 2011, Shantou Airport Health Supervision collected a total of 292 food samples with a pass rate of 283 and a passing rate of 96.9%. 549 dishes and 520 passions passed the examination with a pass rate of 94.7% and 67 drinking water lines with 55 pass and a pass rate of 82.1% ; The passing rate of drinking water is lower than that of food and tableware, the difference has statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusions Shantou Airport food and utensils are in good condition and the sanitary status of drinking water is worse than that of food and utensils. Countermeasures are put forward to the main problems, including the introduction of HACCP management system in aviation food hygiene supervision to ensure that practitioners can master the correct operation and disinfection Cupboard method and strictly enforced to strengthen the direct drinking water and on-board water supply hygiene supervision.
