目的通过对2007—2011年汕头空港口岸卫生监督抽检结果进行分析,探讨如何更有效开展口岸卫生监督工作。方法对2007—2011年汕头空港口岸相关企业经营或供应的食品、饮用水、餐具抽检结果进行描述、统计、分析。结果2007—2011年汕头空港卫生监督共抽检食品292份,合格283份,合格率96.9%;餐具549份,合格520份,合格率94.7%;饮用水67份,合格55份,合格率82.1%;饮用水合格率低于食品及餐具合格率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论汕头空港食品、餐具卫生状况良好,饮用水卫生状况差于食品及餐具,对存在的主要问题提出了解决的对策,包括在航空食品卫生监督中引入HACCP管理体系,确保从业人员掌握正确操作消毒碗柜的方法并严格执行,加强对直饮水及机上供水的卫生监督等。 Objective To analyze the sampling results of health supervision in Shantou Airport Port from 2007 to 2011 and discuss how to carry out the supervision of port health more effectively.
