根际微生物是指在植物根系直接影响的土壤范围内生长繁殖的微生物。根际微生物研究对微生物生态学和工业生物技术开发均十分重要,妨碍其研究进展的主要原因是99%的根际微生物物种在实验室中无法成功培养。近年来,将基于分子生物学和基因组学的非培养研究技术应用于根际微生物多样性研究取得了很大进展,本文结合作者对红豆杉根际的研究,评述近期相关新技术的应用和其未来应用前景。
Rhizosphere microorganisms are those that grow and multiply in the soil that is directly affected by the root system of the plant. The rhizobacteria research is very important to the development of microbial ecology and industrial biotechnology. The main reason that hinders the progress of the research is that 99% rhizosphere microorganism species can not be successfully cultured in the laboratory. In recent years, great advances have been made in applying non-culturing research techniques based on molecular biology and genomics to rhizosphere microbial diversity. In this paper, combining with the author’s research on the rhizosphere of taxus, the paper reviews the application of recent related technologies and their Future application prospects.
