语文是学好其它各门学科的基础和灵魂,这一学科特点就决定了语文教学有其独特的个性和魅力,这主要表现为它是培养学生新的自我的全人格的教育过程。在语文教学过程中,施教者作为中介,致力于德育、智育、美育等教育因素的发掘和整合,并使这种整合最终内化于受教育者知识结构、心理结构及言语结构的建构之中。这一过程的完成程度标志着语文教学功能的达成度。但长期以来,语文教学的功能远未到位,它的费时低效削弱了这一学科的整体影响力。本文以幼师的语文教学为例,试图从一个全新的角度去挖掘出一种新的精神和意境,使语文教学得到整体优化和艺术化,从而使语文学科发挥出本应发挥的能量,以恢复它原就具有的宏大气度和作为灵魂的气魄,藉此来实现语文学科的整体优化效应。
Language is the foundation and soul to learn other subjects. The characteristics of this subject determine that Chinese teaching has its unique personality and charm. This is mainly manifested in that it is an education process that cultivates students' new self-personality.
